is a family medicine resident at Kaiser Permanente Washington with aspirations of becoming a sports medicine physician. He believes in a collaborative holistic approach to caring for every patient and is looking forward to applying for a sports medicine fellowship.
Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Austin completed double degrees in Biology-Physiology and Dance Studies at the University of Washington. Prior to his medical career, he was a professional dancer and co-founded Au Collective, based in Seattle. He continues to enjoy dance while taking the Pacific Northwest's healthy and active lifestyle to heart. He enjoys creating culinary experiences with his fiance, friends, and family and is an avid cyclist and mechanical keyboard enthusiast.
